Life?

Life wasn't meant to be this way. At times you are happy and you feel like you have everything but suddenly you start feeling so anxious that everything starts to fall down the road and all you are left with are your empty thoughts. You feel so alone and lonely that the silence starts to haunt you, sometimes even making it difficult for you to breathe. People often say that its a phase and it shall pass by but will it? Will your empty thoughts really give you a way away from all the anxiety and sleeplessness? How do people cope with all the negativity that surrounds them?
